Perfect height for my husband who had hip surgery recently. The toilet came well packed with all the necessary parts. It was easy to assemble and install and looks neat. So far no water leaks. The flushing efficiency could be more powerful but as of now, it works well for us. Good value for money. I’ll recommend it strongly.

i purchased this toilet and it is an excellent height for tall persons and comfortable. About a month after the purchase I had some concerns with the toilet and the company addressed my concerns and provided solutions to address the problem. When the solutions did not address the concerns they did not hesitate to provide a refund for the product. It is very reassuring to work with a company that puts the needs of the customer before profits. I would definitely recommend business with this company.

The toilet was of good quality, but not so with the lid itself. It buckled when you sat on top of it, so I went out right away and bought a sturdier seat and lid for my elderly father. Also, the picture shows a flush handle on the side, and it is not on the side, but on the front so the lid hits the handle because it sticks out.

This is my third time purchasing a toilet from this brand. The 19-inch high toilet seat is very comfortable, and the flushing system is powerful and clean. After placing the order, the seller confirmed that this is a rear discharge toilet and provided installation precautions. They also let me know that I can contact them anytime if I have any issues, which is very considerate. I highly recommend this brand to all friends in need of bathroom products.

Seat worst ever sat on! We had to buy a decent seat which seller should reimburse for. Also tighten the big plastic nut on bottom of tank as it was not tight enough and it leaked. Somehow water can get past the doughnut rubber ring and leak out of the tank. Material good enough to withstand DYI stress! Very good as these can crack and then it's junk.Am getting back to this to fairly follow up on the seller's action. The credited us for the cost of replacing the seat. 5 star rating for that responsible action. There was some confusion about the leak. Just understand here that installing must include tightening the big nut under the tank to be sure the seal is adequate or you could have a leak like we did. No leak at the tank fasteners after carefully securing them, but not until we tightened the big nut did our leak stop. Several days later, fantastic toilet and sure a lot easier for us older folks to get on and off. Older citizens need this toilet!

Well protected in carton. Had it installed by a contractor who commented on the quality. Working perfectly since installation
