I am using the SEZNIK DEV Bluetooth Thermal Label + Receipt Printer for my shop work, and it is performing very well. Bluetooth connection is quick and stable. Printing speed is good, and print quality is clear and sharp for both labels and receipts. Setup process was simple and easy to understand. Honest product review below: Bought this for my own brand, VILLAGER'S ROAD - villagersroad.com (premium cotton tote bags), because Seznik is an Indian brand and reasonably priced compared to a few Chinese competitors. Customer support was good when I tried reaching out during installation. I especially loved the Bluetooth connectivity features for the mobile app since I don't need to keep this plugged in with my laptop. Tried different sizes of labels, it works perfectly. The size of the label I am using to deliver my tote bags to customers is 4*6 inches, which suits better for any courier size, I guess.. The quality of the printing is great since it's direct thermal... as per my knowledge, the printing won't fade in a few weeks, hopefully. I hope to receive good customer support in the future as well.

The customer support team helped to replace the item. The product is very user friendly and easy to use. But suddenly it stopped working which affects our production. If this issue can be fixed, it's an amazing product for day to day use.
