Although it is not the latest version of Apple's flagship laptop computer, this is a very fast and powerful machine. The 16-inch screen is incredible. No complaints through my first few weeks of using it.

Great price … arrived early … superior pre-owned/open box appearance … all cables included … works perfectly … been using it for 4 weeks now … great battery life … will bug again!!

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished laptop. Turned out to be a great bargain. The laptop appeared to be brand new with no blemishes that I could find. The only thing which reflected that it was refurbished is the Apple warranty showed it was activated 3 months prior. Since I bought the 4 year Asurion extended warranty, this didn't effect my purchase.Definitely loved the new laptop since my previous Apple MacBook Pro was a 2012 15" model. The speed and quietness are it's best features.

Decided to buy the macbook pro 16in from amazon refurbished since their provided re-sellers had decent track record for delivering good refurbished products. Buying refurbished from amazon would also save me around $300 compared to apples own refurbished store, Feel like I should have just ordered from apple.The macbook didn't come with the original packaging which I was ok with as long as the product worked as advertised and didnt have any major cosmetic defects. As soon I pulled the laptop from the packaging I could see the apple logo and the sides had some noticeable scratches. Things got worse when opening the laptop there was dent on the right side of the keyboard where the palm rest area ends and falls off. It was dented in such a way that the metal comes off higher than it should which could hurt the screen later on. The screen and the keyboard had fingerprints, smudges, and various liquid stains I was pretty annoyed at this point but if the laptop worked all would be good. Then I was met with another surprise when trying to use the magsafe charging port, it didn't work and when I tried using a type c charger to charge it. The device didn't seem to gain any charge apart from flashing the not enough battery symbol on the screen. Then there was a sticker that said the device had been last inspected in November which clearly isn't true since the laptop wasn't fully functional, had too many cosmetic damage, and was dirty.Not gonna completely blame amazon for this horrible refurbished experience but they should be more strict with resellers on their site, in my case it was LoopMobile. Still waiting on my refund so I can actually get a working device from apples official website, ill be paying a premium but at least I know the device will come in an actual excellent condition, which is the condition I had picked from when ordering from amazon but clearly that wasn't the case.

I browsed the buying options and purchased my unit from Quickship Electronics since they had the highest reviews. Always seek the seller with the highest reviews. My laptop came with original packaging, apple documentation, charger and cable. It was in pristine cosmetic condition upon arrival and works flawlessly. My battery also had only 25 cycles on it so it was in 100% health.

Pleased as peach with this most excellent laptop. Been an Apple Mac fan for a very long time. Almost melted when I heard the speakers. It’s all wicked fastMy only gripe would be delivery. FedEx can’t seem to follow instructions and it feels malicious

My 16" macbook pro came exactly as advertised and was charged and ready to go as soon as I opened up the box. I had no issues logging in and setting up my own profiles as if it were completely new. The only indication it was renewed was the box itself (labeled as 'renewed').

MacBook arrived in a cardboard FedEx box. Charger was laying at the bottom of the box and laptop was encased in heavy duty bubble wrap. The charger was not MagSafe, rather USB-C. It was hardwired to the charger, so no possibility of swapping out the cord to MagSafe. And, it didn’t have a modular plug. You’ll have to buy an Apple charger if you travel overseas to be able to swap out plugs.Well, that’s just an accessory. The battery has got to be new, since the laptop has been reNEWed. Nope. Cycle count was 321 and battery health was 88%. Keyboard keys had the look of heavy usage, so I don’t know what was renewed. I guess this laptop was used hard, but well taken care of. There were no scratches. As far as I can tell, it’s just a used laptop in good condition. I don’t know what was renewed.The return process was straight forward. However, read the instructions. There are several steps necessary for return, most importantly removing your Apple ID.For some the price will be worth it. If the battery had been 100%, I would have kept it and bought an Apple MagSafe charger. Instead, I bought a new M3 from Best Buy.
