Clean, high quality, gel
5.0 out of 5 stars - Tasty, Stomach-Friendly, and Effective Fuel for EnduranceI recently purchased the Bare BARE PERFORMANCE NUTRITION, BPN Go Gel Endurance, 24g of Carbohydrates & 100 Calories per Pack, Vegan + Gluten Free Running Gel, 10 Single-Serving Packs, Mixed Berry on Amazon, and it has quickly become my go-to energy gel for long runs and endurance training. As someone with a sensitive stomach who has struggled with other gels causing discomfort, this product is a game-changer.Taste and Texture (5/5):The Mixed Berry flavor is fantastic—smooth, natural, and not overly sweet like many other gels I’ve tried. It reminds me of a fruit puree or applesauce, with a pleasant blend of strawberry, blueberry, and cherry notes. The texture is spot-on, more liquid than thick, making it super easy to consume on the go without needing to chase it with water. It doesn’t leave a lingering aftertaste or make me feel thirsty, which is a huge plus during long runs.Performance and Digestion (5/5):This gel delivers exactly what I need during endurance activities. Each pack contains 24 grams of fast-digesting carbohydrates and 110 mg of sodium, providing a quick energy boost and helping maintain electrolyte balance. I used these during a recent half marathon, taking one every 45 minutes, and never felt low on energy or experienced any stomach issues. Unlike other gels that have caused bloating or GI distress in the past, the BPN Go Gel went down smoothly and digested easily, even when I stacked multiple gels over a 2-hour run. The whole-food ingredients, like apple juice concentrate and fruit purees, seem to make a real difference in how gentle it is on the stomach.Packaging and Portability (4.5/5):The gel packs are lightweight, compact, and easy to carry in my running belt or shorts pocket. They’re also easy to open mid-run, which is critical when you’re focused on maintaining pace. My only minor critique is that the packaging edges can feel a bit sharp if you’re not careful while tearing them open, but this hasn’t been a significant issue.Quality and Value (5/5):I appreciate that these gels are vegan, gluten-free, and made with clean, high-quality ingredients—no artificial additives or preservatives. They’re also NSF Certified for Sport, which gives me confidence in their quality and safety. While they’re slightly pricier than some competitors, the effectiveness, taste, and stomach-friendly formula make them well worth the cost. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my endurance and recovery since incorporating these into my training.

Great flavor, stomach-friendly, and race-ready
I’ve tried a lot of endurance gels over the years, and BPN Go Gels have quickly become my go-to. The caffeinated mixed berry is my favorite the flavor is smooth and natural without being overly sweet, and I actually look forward to taking it mid-run. I also recently tried the mango, and it was equally delicious. What stands out most is how gentle they are on the stomach. No GI issues at all, even during tough workouts in the heat and humidity. I use them during speed work, long runs, and plan to use them throughout marathon training and race day.Energy feels consistent, and I notice I don’t crash later in the workout. I’ve even used these after mile 16 in long runs with no problem and that’s usually when most gels fail me.Highly recommend to any endurance athlete looking for reliable, high-quality fuel that tastes great and performs even better.

Highly recommend --- Give it a try
BPN Go Gel Endurance has become a must-have in my hiking pack. These gels are incredibly lightweight, easy to carry, and deliver just the right boost of energy when I need it most on long trails. What really sets them apart is the flavor—seriously good, not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of other gels out there. They go down smooth and don’t upset my stomach, even during tougher climbs or longer treks. I’ve tried a few different endurance gels, and BPN’s are hands-down the most enjoyable and effective I’ve used. Great product that keeps me going, mile after mile.Highly recommend for hikers, runners, or anyone needing convenient on-the-go energy!

Really works for people with GI issues
Ok, so I have tried soooo many gels on my trainings. Some of them worked for what I needed them but my stomache was suffering with all of them. I was training for a half marathon, so it was a must. I have gut issues, so it was really important for me to ingest something that doesn't leave me in the bathroom (which happened with almost all of them). Anyways, I bought them for the first time the day before the race( I know, I'm crazy) but WOW!!! This exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed, the energy was in another level. It doesn't taste bad AT ALL! It has a texture like apple sauce, but more runny. Really easy to open during running, the price could be a little lower, but it is just me trying to bargain LOL. But I definetely recommend this one for people with GI issues.

Good but over priced
Taste is good, consistency is way better than other super gelatinous brands, dosing amounts in ingredients are good, it digests easy, but man are they expensive. $30 for only 10 gels is pretty ridiculous. The price is probably the only reason I don’t buy these again. It’s not affordable for the extremely active athletes out there. I’d rather stick to my gummy bears and salt tabs and save the gels for race day at this rate.

Easy to go down in long trail runs, love thr taste and texture
Easy to go down as you are running in the trails, the taste is great, not thick, doesn’t make my stomach hurt, the ingredients are clean for a gel, i was able to use these on my 50 mile race and i will use them on my up coming 100 mile ultra.

Pleasantly Surprised by this Gel - Might Be My Marathon Go-To!
I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" running gel, trying out a bunch of different brands lately. This was my first time with this particular one, and I actually didn't realize until after I bought it that it's from Nick Bare, a YouTuber I've been subscribed to for a while. What I Liked:Apple Cinnamon Taste: I really enjoyed the Apple Cinnamon flavor. It wasn't artificial or overly sweet like some others I’ve tried. It tasted more like actual apple and cinnamon, which was a nice change.Good Energy & Electrolytes: It has a good blend of sodium, potassium and carbs, which helps especially on longer efforts.Easy on the Stomach: No issues with digestion, which is always a huge win with gels.Any Cons?None so far.
