I decided to buy a label maker as I've just finished organising and cataloguing my storage unit and wanted to use printed labels as my handwriting sucks. After much research I picked this, primarily because it advertises the software as being subscription free (absolutely true). You can try it without the printer by downloading the Katasymbol app and seeing how you get on.The label maker is brilliant, battery powered, wireless (but can also use via USB with a computer - Mac and Windows!). The device is compact. The label quality is fantastic. When you insert a reel of labels, it already knows the size so you can crack on with making the labels.I found the app to be intuitive but with plenty of options - shapes, graphics, fonts, borders etc all included. You can also add your own images though don't expect much from photos!Can't recommend this enough - I'm really pleased with this purchase.NOTE: These are thermal labels, you cannot attach them to anything that generates high heat (like candles) as they will just darken completely.

Decent enough build quality. Easy pairing to use. This is supposed to be a label maker, I don't understand why it needs an app that wants and needs access to the phone to pair with the machine. It's different if it's for analytics or improvement of the software/firmware but to require access to pretty much every data on the phone is a bit WTF.Sometimes prints are not centre - equal margins all around

Great little printer. Software app is very easy to use and has quite a range of designs and fonts. It's easy to put the label cartridges in the machine, just by widening the clips and closing the lid. The printer automatically feeds the labels through.

Very easy to set up and use, good quality prints. Just a note the picture print are not really as advertised, no grey scales, just black and white. Didn't really buy it for them so I am not bothered by that hence the full 5 stars from me.

OK at the start, not great for anything too intricate, but for standard labels not too bad. But after only 4 used, and owning it for 2 months, the side lever to re-load the labels has snapped off without even using it. So it's now pretty useless if I ever need to replenish the labels/change over label type. For something I have barely used, I'm not happy with the quality.

Ordered this to print some addresses for sending some letters, absolutely amazing.

This product has exceeded my expectations and does do exactly as advertised. Really easy to set up litrally had stickers printed within minutes of unpacking. Great value and labels are clear and easy to read. The app is also really simple to use and the machine itself is compact in size so easy to take to work or store.
