I ordered this shelving unit after reading many of the reviews (both the good and the bad). I was so excited when it arrived and immediately began assembling it only to discover that a part was mislabeled and I couldn't complete the assembly. It was 10pm when I sent an email to the address listed on the assembly instructions and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 10 minutes and the entire matter resolved after a few correspondences within the following 20 minutes. The customer service representative was very kind and helpful and the replacement was shipped immediately and I received it several days later with no further issues. It is a very straight-forward assembly process (15 minutes) and the unit is perfect for my needs.

Bought for a baby room! It is fabric drawers with leather facing. They tend to get a little dingy being white but wipe clean with baby wipes or dreft spray and rag. Easy to put together!!! Took maybe 10 mins! Super easy and fits in small spaces which is a huge plus! Nicely made!

So far this is a good buy. Have it in my bathroom and small enough to fit without taking up a lot of space, yet big enough to hold all my stuff. Looks good.

I bought this unit for my bathroom. It is narrow and long so it fits nicely in my small area. The drawers are fabric but are nice and thick. The top is like a wood or board. I also added little organizers in the drawers to separate out. It feels like a better use of the space.

The media could not be loaded. For the price I'm extremely disappointed. I guess I didn't read the description close enough, didn't realize it was fabric drawers. I think it looks trashy and cheap but I guess it will serve the purpose of what I wanted it for. I can tell it won't hold up for long. I know there are pieces of furniture for a similar price but at least made out of particle board.It was pretty easy to assemble and I think it works well in really small spaces, storage space inside is surprisingly big and the hight is nice. I will want to keep this hidden because it doesn't look nice at all. The plastic vynal "wood" covering on the front of the fabric drawers is especially concerning to me because if it rips there is no fixing it, covering it or painting it. I think the photos are extremely misleading. I would return it but I bought it a while ago and didn't get around to opening and assembling until now. I regret not searching Walmart or IKEA first for something thin and long like this.
