Great service by caresmith
The product is excellent much less noise and vibration compared to other brands but it stopped working in two months. So i informed the customer and then sent a video. On verification they sent me new toothbrush in couple of days. Very easy warranty claimining process.Go for caresmith as their quality and service is good.

Stopped working in months
Update:Product stopped working in few months. Battery doesn’t hold charge and product won’t work as well. I expected a decent quality at this price but disappointingI went through the warranty hassle by reaching out to whatsapp customer care and filled their google form but issue is , this is a “exchange” meaning , the product should be given back with same original packing , good luck finding the original packing. It’s just a loophole to deny warranty. Pretty bad experience with caresmith.I will not recommend this product and this brandInitial review: plastic build feels solid, not too heavy or light , just rightBristles are spot on as well. There are 5 vibration modes which are easy to switch and use .They provide usb c charging facility which is goodMy first time usage gave tooth sensitivity but I felt a new freshness in dental health. Tooth got used to Subsequent usage and I enjoy good cleaning

Best Budget Electric toothbrush
Best experience so far...this is my first electric toothbrush and I am thoroughly impressed by its performance.I have seen visible difference in my teeth after using this brush or maybe I was not brushing teeth the correct way all my life😅I would recommend this to any new buyers especially first time buyers.I will update if any issues arise as it has only been a week since I started using it.At this price it's one of the best electric toothbrushes out there so go for it!Also do a through research before purchasing any electric toothbrush as it helps make an informed decision.Hope this helps!

Dont Buy
Stopped working after 3 months, the vibrations are too harsh and feels cheap. Dont buy

Stopped Working II Motor Died
This tooth brush is a disaster. Purchased it twice and both of it failed the same way. The motor stops suddenly inbetween and never works again. The brush charges fine, but the motor is dead. Both of them failing in the same way shows very bad QC of the product. Have been the same company products for this long, never again

Good quality and good customer support
Good electric toothbrush which does the job well. The customer service is also appreciable as they took prompt action to replace my toothbrush after about 8 months of use and within warranty.

The best toothbrush in this price
The toothbrush is good, no doubt. It's my second Caresmith purchase. However, it has stopped working just after a month. I'll contact Caresmith regarding warranty and update this review with what happens next.
