For me this works Great.Good value for the money. Very small pill, easy to swallow.

We have yellow-jackets that have decided to make a nest in between the wall and the siding. We had to wait over a week, and were being stung a few times, here and there. I got stung twice, the first time, and it was super painful since they both got me in the same arm. I remember Dr. Mom; she was really a nurse. once telling me to take an anti-histamine, which I usually have on hand. Apparently, since bee stings contain venom that triggers histamine release, which causes itching, swelling, and redness, taking an anti-histamine can reduce the amount of histamine released. Who knew!? Unfortunatly, a few got inside and I got hit 2-more times, this time I was able to quickly take these, and used a crushed aprin on the spot; yes, mom again! And then took an ice-cube and wrapped it in a paper towel and put it on the sights. This time, it seemed to help! I still felt some of that weird nerve pain, but it wasn't as bad as the first time. I also remember my sinuses being so clear that day, too!!

I use this for daily allergy use. It’s a great alternative to Benadryl considering that article that came out recently. My only concern is that there was a lot of packaging. The container is small so it was hard to get the cotton ball out. This works well, is effective and does not make me sleepy.
