First time trying oil pulling and I've got to say it's super easy .This oil is not thick or gloopy in your mouth and has no real flavor.I pour a bit in the enclosed container, tipminto mouth and swish slowly around for approximately the 10 minutes.Then spit into trash.I rinse w a mouthful warm water then follow by brushing teeth w fluoride free charcoal toothpaste.I've gotten comments about my teeth looking white from my daughter's .who did not know I was trying the oil.I did buy these small bottles to try, but definitely need a larger size to use consistently.

It wasn’t bad, not sure I noticed a difference from it and the weird texture is hard to get over. I probably won’t buy again

This is our review for the 2 Pack of Coconut Pulling Oil.We ordered this because we’ve seen a lot about pulling oil lately and wanted to see what all the hype was about.It is definitely different than regular mouthwash but it leaves a nice clean feeling and scent.Overall, this is a 4-star product. We feel that based on the performance we would most likely recommend it to others because it leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.

Strange, off putting taste that makes me question if this is real coconut oil or natural mint. I am a big fan of pure coconut oil and the texture and taste don’t resemble anything I’ve ever used in all these years. The “mint” taste does not have that refreshing mint sensation at all—instead, it is a weird, synthetic sweet flavor that is gag inducing. To add insult to injury, product was not well sealed and arrived as a leaking mess. I did, however, try pulling with it for about a month, about as long as the two bottles lasted. Didn’t notice much improvement, and strangely my teeth felt more sensitive.

Very good tasting but mild Pulling Oil. I prefer this over mouthwash as I think it is healthier for my Teeth and Gums. Good price also.

Great product but I only received 1 bottle and paid for 2.
