So easy to use! I plug in the unit to my USB port and select it from my Zoom application drop down menu and I instantly have a microphone AND speaker to boost Zoom meetings. It’s built to last, durable exterior, in a rigid clam shell case. Have not tried the WiFi for use with a mobile device. Bought it for my laptop. Great quality audio. Why pay more?

Perfect sound, so cute and compact! Bought it for my car coz need handsfree bluetooth calling option with a proper mic away from my phone while driving and it’s perfect. Able to call family in another continent via WhatsApp and they can hear me perfectly through AirHug speaker and mic. Absolutely everything I needed. Worth your money for sure!

This little powerhouse works perfectly and really makes my virtual meetings seemless.Also good to play some music while working.Bluetooth function is great too.

Loved it at first. Would be on video calls and they couldn't even hear the dog barking that was in the same room. I recommended the airhug to my entire team, they all bought it and then mine quit working. The speaker is just fine, but now the microphone won't work at all. I've tried all the normal troubleshooting tips, but I'm still just left with a speaker and I'm back to using my headset. I also tried reaching out to customer service and all the support you'll get is a list of how to fix it yourself links. If you're thinking, wow this is a really good price....you may want to consider that this could happen to you as well and if you're okay with paying this price for essentially a bluetooth speaker, then go for it. But if you're looking for a speakerphone with noise reduction, you may want to look elsewhere.

Everyone says I sound clear, I use it with the supplied cable because my bluetooth on my PC will automatically disconnect after a certain period of activity. I haven't had any connectivity issues the only problem is I wish it was a little louder. I was using an Echo Dot (3rd Gen) but it didn't work with an aux cable so I had to use bluetooth and it kept disconnecting. The Echo dot was about 2x louder.

This speakerphone works great. I needed something that did not require headphones, but was better than the built-in speaker on my laptop and this does exactly that. Everyone can hear me clearly and I can clearly hear everyone on calls too. I’m very happy with this purchase!
