This product works perfectly for me. Agreeing with other reviews it comes packaged very nicely with several cords and a bag for carrying. Love that!! It fits on the 17 in monitor but you have to stretch, it may be difficult at first but you will get it on. They are heavy. They are adjustable. I was able to get one monitor working but not the second. After emailing support, I was sent an additional cable for the type c port, that works in a usb port as well (you have to see to understand). No additional charges. After installing a small utility I was up and running. Support was prompt, a little redundant, but my product is working fine.

I bought this item based on its description and supposed "ease" to connect. I tried every possible way to connect this to my HP laptop and the only way it works is with an external power supply and an HDMI to type C connection. I figure, "ok, I'll make it work that way". My computer has 1 HDMI port but that's not a problem because my docking station has 2. I order 2 new HDMI to type c cables and connect everything up. CANNOT DETECT additional displays. I remove my brand new HDMI to type c and use the one (1 cable for 2 monitors, that's all they include. They supply 2 of every other cable but only 1 HDMI) that they supplied. Their cable works but not my HDMI to type C. Their packaging describes it as a "custom" HDMI to type C. Why? Am I now beholden to never lose this magic "custom" cable.I figure, at this point, I'll reach out to their support. I look for a toll free number only to find that the only way to contact them is via EMAIL Monday through Friday 9am-5pm no holidays GMT+8 hours. Are you kidding me?This product is garbage. I can't get it out of my house fast enough. I would rate it lower than one star, or negative, if I could.

Very pleased with this triple monitor. This is the third monitor extender brand I've tried. So far, it's the best. It's lightweight, stable and very easy to set up. The screens are sharp and clear. Haven't had any problems attaching it to my laptop. Customer service is phenomenal. Had a question over a year after I purchased the unit. They responded immediately with a solution! Definitely recommended.
