Durable and loud alarm.

nice little clock. i have had it for over a year with no problem.

For the money it's a good LITTLE battery operated clock which should fit nicely into a small space . I use this in my bathroom to keep track of time when getting ready to go out , etc.I have it 4 stars since the picture made it appear much larger than it is .

This is a cute clock, but once the back was taken off to put the battery in, the screw would not screw back in. The face slants forward and cannot be moved up and the hands are NOT luminous, as described! There is also no light on it to see what time it is at night.

The clock I received appears to have been returned by a previous buyer. The box was beat up and unsealed, and the way the clock was stuffed back into the box gives away that this was a return. The left side metal fastener for battery access was cross threaded into the plastic post, and the lens has a scuff and a nick in it. What a bummer. I tested the clock and it works, the alarm also functions so I'm going to keep the clock and polish the damage out of the lens. This is a pretty good clock and if you get one you'll probably like it, especially if you get a brand new one. Note: The alarm isn't the loudest in the world, but will work for me.

ALARM CLOCK FOR BEDSIDE TABLE.

My old Big Ben still worked when the alarm hand broke, and I cannot live without an alarm clock to be on time. I ordered the Big Ben for that reason. I rated it a 5 because it is dependable to do what I ordered it for. I love the style and size. It is not overly loud when it awakens me, and it looks nice and not too large for the bedside.Not very important was the fact that it does not light up enough to see the time in the dark as I expected, but that was not one of the requirements needed. Second in importance was a good price, and it was.

I love it. Being 79 and having to deal with digitals drove me crazy. I wanted to go back to the easy, good old days. This lovely Westclox Big Ben Classic made setting the alarm so much easier. I'm about to order one for my sister's birthday. I love this clock! I recently have had a change in my medication and require to take it at specific times of the day.I needed a clock that where the alarm was easily reset WITHOUT having to push buttons three times a day.This little beauty combines the simplicity of the old style clocks(which use little knobs in the back to set time and alarm)and modern style that uses a battery for power and is quiet. NO tic toc driving you nuts in the middle of the night. LOVE IT!!!
