Wow! This is amazing
I don’t write many reviews but these are amazing! They are well designed and easy for our 3.5 year old to take apart and put together. He has spent hours rearranging the parts. One is fun but you can only take it apart and put it back the same way with two you can do some modifications but three really allow them to create for a longer time. These are amazing!!!

My kid loves these!
My son is obsessed with taking these apart and putting them back together-mix and matching to make other vehicles. Very sturdy and roll well. He’s 2, we watch him with the wheels. (This is 4 and up)

It's okay, but Automoblox have poor quality control, and play factor is low
Because the point of Automoblox is to mix and match parts from different vehicles, I ordered three different models: (*) Automoblox Mini C12 Cipher Sportscar (*) Automoblox Mini T15L Grizzly Pickup Truck (*) Automoblox Mini C11 Nebulous Sedan These three are shown together on the boxes for each one, leading me to believe that they are intended to be used to mix and match pieces. More on this below, but the car parts don't match well with the truck parts because the wheels aren't at the same level. In general, they are all at least _decently_ well made, but every one of them has some issue with quality that makes it not a very good toy. The biggest issues to me are rough wood patches and misaligned parts (and wheels that don't touch the ground) because of improper placement of pegs. Only one of my three, the truck, rolls very well. Also, none of them are nearly as shiny as the pictures indicate that they are, and the rubber tires aren't shiny at all. Things that I like about the designs: (*) With the three models that I got, every one of them is color coded so that you can tell which model the pieces are for when you've taken them apart and have a number of different model parts in front of you. The tires, posts, and top pieces all have the same color for a given model...and each model has a different color. That's awesome. The wheels are not color coded, though, so they aren't distinct if you take the rubber tires off (*) They Minis are a good size for toy, being about 4.5 to 5 inches in length. They are easy to grasp and small enough to move around quickly (*) You can put multiple center sections together to create a longer wheel base. Granted, it looks kind of junky because of the misalignments...but it's cool that it allows for that Something that I don't like related to the design in general: (*) Although advertised as being meant to mix and match, the truck and car parts aren't really designed for that. Yes, they will lock together, but the designs have the wheels at different distances from the center line...so they vehicles aren't level if you actually combine truck and car parts Things that I don't like that are related to poor quality control: (*) Two of the models that I got have sizeable rough wooden patches on them where they cut out material to make a feature but failed to sand it down. One is bad enough that I think a kid could get a splinter from it (*) Two of the models (different two than above) don't roll easily because one or more wheels sticks and/or doesn't touch the ground (*) There is generally some misalignment in the three segments of any given vehicle, with the C12 being the worst with noticeable steps in between. That gets worse when mixing and matching pieces from different vehicles In general, I don't recommend these.

Great quality toys!
My son has been playing with automoblox since he was two. They are sturdy, though young kids need to be watched for small pieces (both for safety and so they don't lose them). This one in particular is a cool little sports car, which looks better in person.

Won’t stay together
Pieces are too loose to stay together, frustrating to play with and no way to return or exchange

The quality
It make me happy, seen my 4 year old boy so happy playing with it..

Simple wooden toys
These are very simple pieces of wood shaped like cars. They come with the fours wheels wrapped in rubber so they are quiet on the floor or table top. And a tinted plastic top for the cockpit. The wood is cut into three different pieces: back, front, and mid section. You can swap the different pieces between vehicles, for instance putting the pickup backend on the car. You can even make one long vehicle out of two by borrowing the mid section of one and leaving the front and back to make a compact car with no top. You can also swap the cockpits. For young children like our four year old grandson they are fun, kids like playing with cars. Not sure how they will be a collectible they are just too simple. But hey maybe someday we'll be glad we have them but for now fun to play with .

Fairly boring car
We like Automoblox cars in general, but this particular C12 model is fairly boring to look at and monochromatic. We have several sets, and my 2 year old enjoys taking them apart and putting them back together. Sometimes he rearranges the pieces from different cars into 1. There's really not a whole lot of mixing and matching you can do. Some of the pieces are specific to a particular unit, especially the tops. Build quality is high on the wood pieces. They're smooth and finished well. I wish everything was wood though, like the spoiler. To say that this car is 12 pieces is somewhat misleading. 3 pieces for the car's body, 1 piece for the canopy, and 8 pieces for the 4 wheels. The rim and tire are counted separately. It's not really any fun to change out the tires. Maybe go for one of the more showy models, like the Automoblox S9 Police Car .
