We installed this on the side of a little chest freezer. Our toddler grandchild had been opening the freezer up and couldn’t close it when the lid fully opened.The kid loves frozen waffles! We like the frozen stuff to stay frozen!Also recommend for making the freezer seal tight.I don’t imagine that we will be removing this in the future unless it fails somehow. It was installed about a month ago. We’ll update if anything changes.Easy install, not much $, does the trick.

These things work very very well at keeping my 3-year-old out of the freezer and the refrigerator. And boy do they Stick! They have no give at all so be careful when sticking them, Make sure they are where you want them to be. Lol They also don't make a very loud clicking noise and are very easy to open for adults, Even with long nails.

Honestly one of the most reliable baby proof locks iv ever tried, so strong stickiness wise- and honestly just very convenient! Love these ones!
