Works Great, nice case - cleaning chamber
My old VirtuaCleaner finally gave out so this is what they have now. A very nice upgrade at a nice price. Cleaning the hose and mask using the case works super.

Works fine, once you understand the controls
This unit works and keeps track of usage. My only two complaints are that it requires an old fashioned USB micro cable to charge, and the controls aren’t responsive. You touch the on button and nothing happens for a few seconds. Then the unit turns on after a delay. It was strange to get used to until I figured out that’s how it works. Originally I was pushing the buttons and nothing would happen, so for a period I thought it was broken. But it wasn’t. Just have to allow for the delay.

Did not last 1 year
I rarely review products immediately after buying them - and this purchase supports that decision. I've had this unit for about 3 months. It does an adequate job and works well. The product documentation is lacking but that is minor issue for me. The problem I have now is that the battery in the unit will not charge. It still works but I have to have it plugged in. Not the end of the world but I'm thinking that it should last a year or two. Update: 04-30-25 My unit died. Won't turn on. Was good while it lasted, but not a good value for the cost.

Wont last a year “see update”
Bought this August 2024 & its now April 2025 & its malfunctioning. It didn't even last a full year! Im very disappointed. I will be buying a different type to clean my cpap machine. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: 5/6/2025The company saw my review & reached out & offered me a full refund. I am very pleased. So if you try their product at least you know they stand behind it.

The Multi-Function Cleaner Upgraded Cleaning Kit works well on our C-Pap headgear. At first I couldn't get it to work then I realized that I needed to hold the on button for a bit longer. And I love the plug in system it uses. It is nice to make an instant connection as opposed to turning the cord around and trying and trying to get a good connection. The air output has a nice velocity, not a wimpy little puff.

It works well
I like the bag it allows me to put my water tank inside along with my mask and head gear. I hook the hose up to the port and the sanitizer machine.
