Started taking almost 2 years ago. I am someone who often did not sleep well through the night due to tossing and turning. I usually take my vitamins at night & this was no exception. By third night I was sleeping solidly through the night. When I don't take it tossing/turning returns. This has been my personal experience. Black seed oil is a great vitamin to take. The only downfall is that they’re hard to get out of the bottle and they stick easily. Very large capsule to swallow.
