I bought these packets for a long 20+ hour flight to India and decided to "do the science" on if they actually worked. Although I was a bit skeptical, I'm happy to report that they made jet lag way less intense and helped with immunity and overall feeling better on the flight and after. My husband and I both noticed a huge difference with taking these. I'll purchase this product for all international flights going forward. All you do is pour 1 packet into a water bottle with about 10 oz of cold water and shake it and drink up. I did a packet every 12 hours, so 2 total on my flight. The taste isn't great, but okay and if you think of it as medicine it's fine. I'd highly recommend-- worth every penny to feel better on vacation!

Very happy with how these have worked for my husband and I. Flavor is nice and the do seen to help with energy. Don’t love the price though. Feels a high for how many come in the package.

10/10 would recommend these. I usually get a bit sick or feel less energy when traveling. I bought these for a 1 month trip to Europe and they really work. I didn't get sick and I felt awesome during the whole trip, if you are traveling these are a must

Bought these before going on an international trip. I do think they helped with the effects of a long haul flight. My husband and I also ended up drinking one pretty much each day we were gone to help keep hydrated. We both liked the taste too so that was a big plus. I think they are worth it. Would definitely buy again.

If you get sick easily while traveling, this product is for you. It's not the best tasting nor the worst tasting drink. It dissolve easily. This has all the vitamins needed to protect your immune system. They are also easy to carry.

I have to say I was skeptical when I ordered. However, after two weeks abroad and long flights I can highly recommend this product. It really helped me with energy and hydration. Definitely worked out for me. I drank before, during, and after my flights.

Took this powder on a trip overseas. Took one on the flights coming and going as well as once I landed. It really helped! It helped with jet lag and settle my finicky stomach. Only thing I don’t love it the taste, well aftertaste: it’s pleasant and then medicinal. I still think it’s worth it and would use again.
