I received my order 2 days ago. It took the afternoon dose when I got the package. The next morning I took a dose I had two parties to go to and I ate very little at both parties and did not feel hungry. It definitely controls appetite. I'm going to give this two thumbs up I'm on my second whole day today I took my dose last night and then my dose this morning and I haven't eaten yet and I don't feel hungry. This is 100% going to help me with intermittent fasting.

My last purchase had a much lighter color, fluid consistency, and a milder taste. Although the expiration date on the current bottle has not passed, I’m concerned about the quality of this particular batch.I understand that I may not be able to return the product through Amazon, but the quality is very poor and I will not purchase from you again. Because of these reasons I am not going to consume for fear of my health. If there's any information you can provide on why this may have happened or steps I should take, I would appreciate your guidance.

I've struggled so much to get the extra weight off and I've been consuming 1200 calories or less every day and I couldn't get my scale to budge. I've been using this for a few days now and I'm down 2 pounds. I didn't expect a magic potion but something to work in conjunction with my reduced calorie diet. So far it seems to have helped.
