I really like these clips. They do take a bit of prising apart to first get them onto the cable but a gentle close means it will not fall off the cable whilst trying to get that screw to go in.

Ok. Does the job. Not much else to say. Ok quality. Doesn’t come with anything else but clips.

I am rewiring my caravan right now, and these are perfect for securing the 16-amp mains cables to stop them from moving when the caravan is being towed.🔥 One notable feature of these cable clips is their low Smoke & Fumes (LSF) designation, made to emit significantly lower levels of smoke and fumes during a fire, probably because of the coating formulation. This enhances safety in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. I think that this is an often-overlooked safety feature, and I am more than reassured to employ them in the caravan. The coasting used in their construction helps to prevent damage or abrasion to secured cables, prolonging their lifespan. I think that this coating could be a little thicker to improve the product.⚡ The only negative is that they come pre-spread, and it's not so easy to bend them into position without using a piece of cable with an exact 7-mm OD. A large screwdriver stood in for me, but even then, it wasn’t easy to get a good hole alignment. The other problem is the cost, which comes out to about 34 pence per unit. I think that they could be somewhat cheaper for what you get. I can see them being used in other situations, such as securing watering pipes or hoses in the garden. You do need to provide mounting hardware, and I recommend a washer to prevent damage to the plastic surface. I am very happy to receive them, and I think 4 stars is a fair award. ✔️

I was disappointed with these clips as they were not the P clips shown in the description. I could individually bend them all over to become P clips but they would not look very neat as they would all be slightly different and would probably be too tight around the cable.It is a pity they were not the correct clips as they are painted and finished off well with no sharp edges or exposed metal.

These are coated copper cable clips. Supplied in an open configuration which need to be folded/wrapped over the cable.The copper is quite stiff and requires some effort to wrap around the cable.The black coating is very well bonded to the copper and was hard to scrape off to reveal the copper of the clip.These at the time of review were 34p each in a 50 pack.

We only needed to use a few of these to fix our bedside light cables to the wall. The matt white finish to the metal looks better than the plastic ones we had used previously.My husband found that he had to bend them around the shaft of a screw driver to make them the right shape and to fit flush against the wall.
