so I actually use this when I walk my cat, which is pretty often. I think it’s really helpful because it allows him to explore more places that I can’t get to. i’ve used this leash almost every day for several months now and haven’t noticed any problems with it breaking or not being retractable anymore. The color is nice and it has some reflective material. It’s a good weight and works well and has very good lockability.

Love this dog leash. This is my second one. The first one lasted me two years, I just noticed the rope started to rip so I ordered a new one. No complaints! I originally bought it so in the winter, I don’t have to leave my sidewalk to let my dog out because we get a lot of snow in New York. It works great!

I got this for my 9 month old deer head chihuahua who loves to run. Yes he runs like a deer. Anyway I had a 16ft leash which wasn't enough so I got this 30ft one and it works great. I have had it for 3 weeks and no problems. Now if you hold it like a gun straight out you will probably end up with the same results another reviewer posted about the cord eating into the sides and the bottom where the cord comes out. You have to just let it hang in your hand. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is great item I have a pit puppy and she is built very strong she can pull my wife across the floor and she weighs 140My “puppy” has taken off running and I lock the leash in and I stopped her but about jerked my shoulder out of place ! That alone should tell you about it’s durability

We used this leash for two months daily on walks with our medium-sized dog and it worked great, until it didn't. It simply stopped retracting. There was no "event" or excessive pulling to cause this. We are very disappointed in this product.

My little yorkie chew on the leach and took off. Product is not durable, not safe. Ended up holding a leach while my dog ran away crossing the road.
