Great product, easy installation
Bought this product to replace an older version whose rechargeable battery had worn out (would not hold a charge anymore). Like having the app to use with the lock and being able to unlock it through the app without using the fingerprint. Entering/exiting passage mode requires an extra step using the finger print, whereas the older model was simply the push of a button. Overall, very satisfied.

Poor Design/Battery Dies Quickly
Purchased two of these, one had a wire so deep in the handle it couldn't be installed and the other died within a few days after putting two quality batteries in it, so I was locked out of my room until I ran an extension cord with a USB C to get in. Disappointed by these products as I am with Customer Support from this organization on two other biometric locks which allow anyone to bypass the biometric and open freely.
