first time trying this and it worked amazing had the best sleep ever definitely give this brand a try if you have hot flashes at night cant stay asleep it's amazing couldn't be happier with my results.

I have been dealing with hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep waking up at least 6 times a night and mood swings. I thought this would take several weeks to start working IF it was going to work at all. I was absolutely shocked that after 1 pill my sleep improved, my night sweats are gone, I'm only waking up twice and my mood has greatly improved. My only regret is not finding this sooner. I started taking them as my sleep has become sporadic. I have noticed I sleep more soundly throughout the night when I take them. I don’t feel strange in the morning like I do when I take melatonin. I also found melatonin would often stop working in the early hours of the morning. I sleep through the night more soundly when I take the centrum restful sleep. I highly recommend them!

I can fall asleep but I wake up after a couple of hours. Melatonin does nothing for me so I thought this might work. The first night I took it I slept through the night and woke up fully rested and alert. However the second night went back to normal waking up after a couple of hours. I continued to take it because I wondered if keeping it in your system would make a difference, it didn’t. First night was the only time it helped. Oh well,

It takes a little while to reduce the night sweats, however it helps with staying asleep.
