I would like to use this with my iphone 11 promax. since i will need to use a usb to lightning adapter, will there be any loss in sound quality?

When using this headset with your cell phone and an adapter, is there any loss sound quality? If so, have you found any solution to that?

Hi Lorelei, as it would change from USB to 3.5mm it is likely the quality won't be the same. Our recommendation would be to get the Blackwire 3225 (PN 209747-201) which includes a 3.5mm connection along with the USB connection in order to avoid the need of an adapter. An adapter between a USB and a 3.5 mm jack is known as “Digital to Analog Converter” or DAC. A digital to analog converter is capable of converting digital signals into analog ones to create sound from your headset. USB headsets have essential advantages – first, they produce excellent sound quality than their counterparts. Second, you can configure your PC to play music or play games over analog-connected speakers – while you send the telephone calls to the USB headset.
