Post clip converters
They are too long in the stem. Also the holes for the posts were all blocked up and took considerable effort to dig out. The post inset is also to large and looks odd when the post is inserted.

converts inconvenience to whew!
I love pierced earrings and have a good collection but it is hard for me to see that "tiny, tiny hole" anymore-- so now with converters I simply convert-- clip and I am out the door.

Great concept, crap quality.
Bought them for my store, to sell earrings to non-pierced clients. The 1st one broke, in front of my client.. Lost the sale. Boooooo.

Not really what I expected.. they are good for some earrings but not so much for other ones... small studs not so good for.. a big earring looks good in them
