This is perfect for one person or a couple. One cup is usually enough for about 3 meals or 1 meal for a couple. It makes rice every well and cooks for about 15 to 20 minutes. This doesn’t come with a steamer but you can add vegetables on top of rice for same effect. Super affordable and a no brained if you are on a budget. Very easy to clean since the pot is nonstick. I love this thing and I don’t know what I did without it before!

This little pot works amazingly weel. Easy peasy and will cook veggies too. Love the size and ease of use. Plug it in and push the button and about 15 minutes later perfect rice. TIP use a little more water than recommended. It's a keeper.

I've used this a few times, but not for rice. I've made soup, oatmeal, and a few other things. At least for my needs, it's perfect. The size is perfect, soups cook well (just need to add liquid occasionally). Oatmeal cooks pretty quick and it moves back to "keep warm" right on time. This is perfect if you want to eat healthy, lose excess weight, and not have leftovers for too many days. It's great for warming soups up too. Cleanup is a breeze. This is definitey worth the money.I'd definitely recommend for purchase.

This works like most rice cookers--has a touch screen to set it, super easy to clean up, makes rice quickly and well. However, it says it makes 4 cups of rice. I don't know how they are measuring a "cup" but this is a small rice cooker (it's for a student) and perfect for one person or maybe two.

This little rice cooker was a really nice gift for my son who is on his own for the 1st time. It is a nice size. It makes 2 servings. So dinner and enough for leftovers. The rice is cooked perfectly for rice bowl or a side. The directions were easy to follow and the meals have been on point. I will be getting this for my other son.If you are looking for a gift for someone newly on their own. This is a perfect one.

Extremely satisfied, I officially can make good rice! I’ve tried a couple times in the stove and I had essentially given up. This was quick and easy it gets the job done so fast and I felt so bad microwaving frozen rice from traders cause i know the plastic and microwave is extremely bad for your health so now I can be at ease! The media could not be loaded. I personally love this little device! You just click the switch and it does it's job! For 20$ it cooks rice perfectly so you can't beat it. The only small downfall is that it's a smaller item so it won't make huge portions but it's perfect if you are cooking for 1-3 adults :).
