Good iron supplement
This is a good iron supplement but for vegan / vegetarians it could do with having a higher amount of B12 added to it. As it stands you need to take an additional b12 really at least every other day. So I think considering the price they could add in a higher amount of B12.

Great supplement if you have iron deficiency.

Not for me
I’ve been taking these iron tablets for the last few weeks as I’ve been told I’m anaemic. I’ve not noticed any major improvements in my symptoms; weakness, fatigue etc. I have had some lesser appealing side effects too so I’m going to give up on these for now. They are supposed to be gentle but I’ve not noticed the benefits either. They are easy to swallow though. Just not working well for me.
