These seem very good. Only began using recently, but seem to do the job as well as more expensive brands.

My mother wanted something she could wear when out for a day as a backup for any accidents. She hasnt worn them much she says theyre too bulky and she feels very conscious in them

These were the cheapest option I could find as incontinence pants are insanely expensive for what you are buying but I would say don't waste your money on these, my mum may as well not have been wearing any pants at all with these on. We can't even use them for light day use as we would have to check her every 10 mins, I now have 48 pairs of these (out of an order of 52) that are useless and I'm going to throw away. Complete waster of time and money, not happy!!!

I am not so pleased with these pads now as I was before, the padding seems to break up very quickly, so they don't give you the confidence to wear them when you go out shopping or any other outside activities. I have had to go for a better quality pad that doesn't have this problem.

I am a full time carer for my mum who used pads, which were flushed down the toilet on a regular basis especially during the night (when I was asleep). This was causing the landing to flood. Experimented with these Pull Up pants. She still goes to the Loo, but now I don't have to rescue the pads or mop the toilet floor/dry out the landing etc. She is still wearing the pants in the morning unless she is having one of her naked periods (alzheimers), but that's another story. Pull Up Pants really absorbent. Excellent!

I bought this for a family member and they said they were helpful and you get so many in the pack that it's great value for money. The stretch fit a particularly helpful feature.

Due to medical problem I needed these, i was getting through lots each day and Branded ones were becoming expensive. These are awful. The filling/cotton wool breaks up and becomes lumpy, so not only is the pad leaky it is very uncomfortable to sit on. I also need to wear close fitting pants over the top of these to stop them sagging, feels like they are hanging down to my knees. I wish I had been able to just buy one pack to try and not the large amount I had to buy. certainly will not be buying them again, it is true what they say 'you get what you pay for'.
