The plastic base cracked on one of the casters shortly after we received and installed on the chair. Thought this would last longer than it did.

I purchased these during a promotional sale! We have an older computer chair, and decided to purchase these to replace the old wheels. It was easy to switch them, these definitely move better, and actually seem to roll better on the floor! The price is great, & is way more affordable than purchasing a new chair!

The casters do NOT have a SOFT RUBBER wheel and may NOT be the right choice for a hardwood floor.

A great set of wheels and delivery was quick and my chair is back to great working order.
