Bye-Bye Parchment Paper !
I’m not a pro baker, I’m just a mom who shows love by baking. A lot. One thing I hate, though, is parchment paper. Wrestling with it, cutting it to size, trying to get it NOT to curl on the sheet. Ugh. Anyway, one day I had just had enough. I hopped on Amazon and bought these and am so glad I did!These work beautifully for most baked goods. I usually use them for cookies and biscuits, which easily come right up.They wash easily and store easily. I roll them up and keep them in a drawer. They lay flat and do not curl! I’m thrilled with them! If you bake even semi frequently, I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
This Silpat product is the same as my older Silpat sheet. I was afraid it was going to be a knockoff but it’s not. Perfect for baking!
