I bought this batter bowl in July 2024. Today, the pour spout chipped while I was mixing my batter or during the rinse cycle for the dishwasher. Not knowing where it had happened, I was compelled to throw out the cornbread batter. I have only used my batter bowl 5-6 times. I use a stand mixer for everything except brownies and quick bread.Over the last decade, I have been slowly replacing my kitchen ceramics with Le Creuset. It is both durable and beautiful. So this was disappointing. However, on contacting the company, they replaced my bowl with an apology. It may seem a small thing, but it is refreshing to have a company care about its product. Thank you so much!

Item delivered was an unmarked Second Choix, it has an obvious glaze defect (hole) in the exterior sidewall.

Great utility kitchen piece. The circumference of the dish is not symmetrical! Why I don't know but it is a curious trait for such a useful dish. Otherwise this is an excellent piece for various kitchen chores.
