I take a dropper of this in the morning rather than caffeine. It's subtle but better for energy and only gives me a slight/brief stomach pain an hour after taking if I don't eat anything. Before sleep on work days I combine this B complex with standard doses of valerian, ashwagandha, passionflower, magnesium glycinate and melatonin (all liquid form). The B complex in this combo helps to sleep all the way through. This combo is very effective for getting to sleep, sleeping through and not having lingering effects upon awakening.

Very easy to swallow, no odor when you burp. Not large like other vitamins. No stomach issues. I love this brand. Great quality and third party tested products. I highly recommend.
