It is so helpful to have the resistance level listed clearly on each band. The anti slide feature is also nice. They aren’t always sliding down. The material feels like it is good quality. The carrying bag is nice to have to keep everything tidy.

Dam. These bands are STRONG as hell. And i like that because i wont outgrow these bands anytime soon. High quality and strong material. These bands are a great warm up tool and have helped my w/ my knee and back ailments

We have the regular rubbery smelly resistance bands, but they hurt me so I ordered these. They have more tension than the others and I feel like I get a better workout with these....and they are cute!

They seem nice so far, but my package came without the light purple band and with two of the grey bands. Not a huge deal as I mainly use the medium strength bands anyways.
