Nice as a collectible, overpriced
The velvet neck piece is cheap and definitely would fall apart if it got wet or was worn on a daily basis, so I don't believe it is a piece that would be wearable, unless you swap out the velvet and place the pendant on a chain. Likewise the velvet neck piece is designed for someone with a tiny neck, someone able to wear a 15 inch chain or possibly a 16 inch chain, so this also makes it non-wearable for most, unless, as I mentioned, you swap out the velvet and place the pendant on a chain. The 'Cullen Crest' pendant is of average quality, with nice detail and a bright red background. Overall, it is a nice addition to my collection of 'Cullen Crest' items, but it is overpriced for the actual quality of the piece.
