I wanted to buy a chocolate yesterday to prepare for PMS omg wanted to throw up from the sight of anything sweet or sugary. Also my baked good cravings are gone with this one. I’m eating healthy thanks to this. Im taking 30 minutes before breakfast with plenty of water remember plenty and that alone is enough to control my cravings all day long and hunger crashes. Energy is up and able to lift weights at the gym. Added magnesium glycinate at night and these two are powerhouses to push through the luteal phase mood swings and hunger crashes.It was giving me stomach upset and 90 billion seemed to be bit high, but with time you will get used to it. Amazing product! This probiotic literally changed my life. I started taking it after having abdominal surgery and went from using the bathroom once a week to using the bathroom every day or every other day. It’s a great and easy way to change your bathroom routine. I feel so much better since I have started taking this and I have even lost weight! It has no taste at all, unlike gummies I have tried in the past, and it really does work! Who would have thought one $10 bottle of medicine would make this much of a difference. They're easy to use, there is no smell, easy to swallow, small bottle, so you're not getting a lot for what you're paying, but it is a quality product as far as probiotics go.Gut health is essential, so these are going to do the trick for anybody wanting to balance their ph, or help with digestion. I just wish you got more in a bottle for the price, but they are a wonderful product.
