These ginger tea bags are the best. It's real slivered pieces of pure real ginger enclosed in a little mesh bag. I drink it religiously every night. I also throw in a turmeric and cinnamon tea bag, too. yummmmm If you have heartburn or indigestion problems, I would probably stay away from the ginger tea. It's very strong, which I absolutely love, but it can give you heartburn it not careful. Totally personal thing.
