Great piece of kit, well made and very easy to set up, box straight out of the box

I needed a PoE passthrough capable switch, and Unifi never disappoints. It's a little larger than anticipated, likely for better heat dissipation, but not a problem given it comes with a wall mount. I plugged it into my Unifi PoE switch and it immediately sprung to life. The other devices then spring into action, and I got a notification on my phone saying there was a new device waiting for adoption. One click and a few seconds later and it was done! Painless, as always.

I bought this and a 54.6V 4A power supply. Once you tell the switch it has a beefier power supply, it's able to power all my PoE devices. Would recommend.

Absolutely love this switch and how it fits my 10” rack like a glove! Major points to Ubiquiti as well for putting the uplink at the back - that way the front remains clean and accessible to what’s actually important. Do bare in mind that this DOES NOT COME WITH A POWER SUPPLY and you will either need to buy a POE++ adapter from Ubiquiti (my case - ~£30) or try to find a proper one online which isn’t easy. Another reason for taking a star off is that it doesn’t have a local management portal and requires a self hosted UniFi server through the UniFi OS app on PC or a cloud server which is super overpriced - some forums say that you can do this on the UniFi app, but I couldn’t do it on IOS for some reason. It will otherwise just be a general dumb switch. Other than that, it works perfectly for me.

Yeah so zero issues the only downside is it comes with no plug so had to buy one for it,

No power supply ... pretty useless! Now purchased 2 54V PSUs from Amazon, one of which says its compatible and both were too fat to fit the power socket!

The device was really easy to setup It was essentially plug and play one downside is that it doesn't come with the AC power adapter which didn't know either you buy the Poe 54V injector or buy the DC power brick

Der Switch ist eine großartige Ergänzung zu meinem UniFi-Netzwerk und fügt sich nahtlos ins bestehende Ökosystem ein. Die Installation war sehr einfach, und dank der intuitiven UniFi-App konnte ich alle wichtigen Einstellungen direkt vom Smartphone aus vornehmen. Leistung: Dieser Switch bietet beeindruckende Leistung und läuft extrem stabil. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, PoE-Geräte anzuschließen, was bei mir für meine Access Points und Überwachungskameras eine enorme Erleichterung ist. Der USW-Ultra liefert genug Power für mehrere Geräte, ohne dass ich mir Gedanken über zusätzliche Netzteile machen muss. Verwaltung und Überwachung: Die UniFi-Software macht das Monitoring und die Verwaltung wirklich leicht und übersichtlich. Alle Geräte lassen sich zentral steuern und überwachen, und die Benutzeroberfläche ist, wie gewohnt bei Ubiquiti, sehr gut durchdacht. Dank der ausführlichen Einblicke kann ich sehen, wie viel Bandbreite jeder Port nutzt und gegebenenfalls anpassen. Design und Verarbeitung: Der Switch ist kompakt und wirkt sehr hochwertig. Die Lüftung funktioniert leise und zuverlässig, was für mich in einem Büro wichtig ist. Das Design ist minimalistisch und passt perfekt zu den anderen UniFi-Geräten. Fazit: Der Ubiquiti UniFi USW-Ultra ist ein leistungsstarker und verlässlicher Switch, der sich hervorragend für alle eignet, die ein UniFi-Netzwerk nutzen und Wert auf einfache Verwaltung sowie professionelle Netzwerk-Features legen. Für die gebotene Leistung und Qualität ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

This switch is perfect for extending your network. It can be managed over the net by using a cloud key or cloud controller. The only drawback was I expected a Power Supply to be included, and it wasn’t.

Works great, this switch doesn’t come with a power cord (and you can’t buy a power cord after from them separately) so if you need P.O.E 60 watts you need to buy the other switch ( ubiquiti usw ultra 60w) or use an injector to make it work. I hope this helps you
