One bottle was all it took to fix up an ankle sprain that had plagued me for a year. After almost a month, I stopped taking it when the bottle ran out. That was a mistake. I had some withdrawal symptoms in the form of relentless itching for two days. For this reason , while I believe this worked wonders on a problem that even time would not heal, I think you have to treat this supplement with respect. I am back on it three years later for another ankle injury. This time, I am going to taper down the dose from 4-6 per day, to 3-4, then to two, and then one until the bottle is gone. I don't want to be a downer, because I did the research and see little evidence of toxicity, but at least for me, I don't think this is suitable for ongoing long term use [though it may be fine to do this at at lower doses for specific concerns], but I have no problem taking it at a dose of 2000-2500 mg/day, then tapering down, to treat a specific injury. I had cancelled two sports events due to my most recent injury, but after just three days back on cissus, I participated in both.

This is a miracle herb. Removed the pain in 15-20 mins for 24 hours+. The more I have been using it, the further apart I need to take it. Have shared with friends who have seen similar results. I will never stop recommending this!

When I tried this, I don't think it worked quite as well as other brands. Definitely not as much as the Athlean-X; albeit it also didn't have as many ingredients - but it also did not cost nearly as much. But it was worth a try."You get what you pay for" came to mind.Maybe the batch I got had went bad, idk.

Loved this ! My endocrinologist recommended this. My job as a nurse requires me to lift newborns out of their cribs and I could barely do my job! Within a few weeks, I had complete range of motion to the left shoulder. No pain! I was fearful that I need surgery for that left shoulder. I took it for 6 months and had no shoulder pain for years. I plan to resume cissus because I now have lower back pain due to degenerative discs disease in my lumbar and sacral area. Had a steroid injection and it worked for 5 days but the spasms have returned . I had to stop the Motrin due to being in the ER with BP 204/128 . I am hoping that the cissus will have the same results as previously!
