This broom broke on the second use right after I was unable to return it to Amazon. I can't find that there is any kind of guarantee on this product through the Amazon site. I've already thrown away what information come on the broom. Can't even find a link for customer service for help. I wouldn't buy this broom ever again especially considering how much it cost for a heavy duty broom. Handle is anything but heavy duty!

Bad quality! Handle breaks base is not tight
The head of the broom keeps coming unscrewed from the handle, very annoying! As you have to continually tighten it. Horrible quality, handle broke off of base on 2nd use. This is not heavy duty! 😡
