The Withings Body Comp is an outstanding smart scale that offers much more than just weight tracking. It provides detailed body composition analysis, including fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass, and even visceral fat. One of its standout features is nerve health assessment, which is rare in smart scales. The setup is simple, and the scale syncs seamlessly with the Withings Health Mate app, giving you easy access to your health stats over time. The measurements are accurate and consistent, making it a reliable tool for anyone serious about tracking their fitness and overall well-being. Another big plus is the heart health tracking, which includes pulse wave velocity (PWV) to assess arterial health. If you're looking for a premium, data-rich scale that goes beyond basic weight measurements, the Withings Body Comp is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, this scale has not worked properly since the day I opened it. There was a very small dent on the metal centre when I unboxed it, which I initially chose to overlook. However, the main issues are functional: • The scale frequently fails to record key metrics such as heart rate (often showing “inconclusive” or skipping it entirely). • WiFi connectivity is unreliable — the WiFi icon is often crossed out despite the scale being within a couple of metres of the router, while all other devices in my home work perfectly. • Syncing results with the phone app is inconsistent, with measurements not reliably appearing in the app. • Multi-user functionality is unreliable. My husband successfully set up his profile and has taken multiple measurements, but none of his data has synced to his phone. At times, the scale has also incorrectly assigned my measurements to his name (despite a significant weight difference), and his profile has intermittently disappeared from the scale altogether. I have reset the scale multiple times and reconnected it to WiFi repeatedly, but none of these issues have been resolved. Withings customer support has also been a frustrating experience. While polite, the process has been slow and repetitive, requiring multiple rounds of troubleshooting, photos, and explanations for issues that have been present since first use. It has taken a significant amount of time and effort to try to reach a resolution, which is disappointing for a product at this price point. (Note: It's been nearly a month of troubleshooting with Withings.) Overall, the scale is not usable as intended, especially for a household with more than one user. Based on both the product performance and the support experience, I would not recommend this product. At the time of writing, this issue remains unresolved despite requesting a warranty replacement, leaving me with an expensive scale that does not function as intended — which is simply unacceptable given the price point.

Product as expected. Nice app too.

Pretty questionable product. It costs four times more than a similar scale from Xiaomi, but 5 out of 5 measurements will give you different weight (+/- 0.5kg). Also it's pretty unstable in terms of measurements of your heart rate (don't work most of the time).

Not satisfied at all. The weight is accurate, but everything else is completely off, body fat, muscle, and other metrics are way out of range. Feels unreliable and not worth the price.
