Printing is too small, difficult to read
Book is fine but font is too small very difficult to read for long time, give stress on eyes. Try to make small book so print in one page as much as possible word. Not handy for readers who's weak eye sight even with spectacles.

A very nice, easy going style of getting the message across. Not only impressively written, but rich in analysis and recommendations for changing one's habits in the interest of attaining a more satisfactory life and relationships. The most important concept offered with respect to habit change, in my opinion, is the necessity of moving forward with little steps and selecting positive habits that will in time beget more positive habits. A excellent job by the author.

I enjoyed this book and found it reinforced my beliefs about the power of habit. I also commence the author for clear writing style.

The key to success is developing solid habits that encourage personal growth. The most difficult part is developing those habits and making them into your new ‘normal.’ An excellent title that makes you think about forming habits from a new perspective

It is a paradigm shift from chasing goals to focusing on habits. Rewiring yourself to think about the steps rather than the destination is a challenging shift. Zoe really helps you understand this importance.
