Door Draft Stopper 36" : One Sided Door Insulator with Hook and Loop Self Adhesive Tape Seal Fits to Bottom of Door/Under Door Draft Stopper (Brown)

I purchased this product for my garage door home entry (in brown) and for French doors (in white) to manage draft issues. The assembly and installation was very simple and took just 5 minutes to complete. I was concerned about aesthetics. The dee ToolMan Door Draft Stopper blends beautifully with each door, is barely noticeable and is the most elegant and effective way to manage issues with drafts. The adhesive is firm but does not destroy the surface if you need to pull it back and adjust (which I did a few times) and is strong enough to adhere if you do need to readjust / pull off of the surface to reapply unlike other products that I have tried. Overall, this is a terrific product, easy to apply, removes all draft issues and is aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend.

I loved how this product didn't need me to get any of my tools out. I did use a blow dryer however, as it's a technique to activate and heat up the adhesive to make it a little more tacky. I used deeToolMan Door Draft Shopper for a temporary replace of our screen door, but eventually I am getting a new screen door and decided that I am actually going to keep it on even with a screen door.We've had this product on our door for about three days now. And so far, it works GREAT! I did have another brand up prior to this because this was delivered after, so for about two days I had another door draft, with jumbo Styrofoam like poles that you have to insert into crevices of a "leather" material on each end. It looked really tacky but I was tired of seeing little cockroaches in house, as well as centipedes. When I recieved deeToolMan's door draft, I immediately took off the Styrofoam style draft. As mentioned earlier, I did purchase a total of 6 different door drafts. When I got the original door draft on, that was two days new... I noticed that the material that sits under the door began to rip and had holes in it, assuming from coming in and out of my house frequently. And I noticed at nighttime, little flying cockroaches were getting in, from the gap that the other door draft had lacked.Another good thing about this product, is that for measurement-- it's nearly the size of a standard door, so if you don't know what you're doing, when it comees to home improvement, don't worry about it. Installion for deeToolMan is fast and easy!One thing I learned about online shopping, especially with hassle free returns is that I buy every single item that I feel might be a good fit. I do this because when it's delivered and you try them all? One is bound to stand out more than others, in this case it was deeToolMan.

I like this product. I used it on my side door to keep the draft from coming under the door. It works well and was easy to install. It can also be adjusted - so when you stick the tape on the door, the other side of the tape is Velcro. The Velcro is what the tube attaches to. All very easy and glad I bought it!

I live in a house that was built in the 1920's. Both of my exterior doors have gaps at the bottom. I'm not a fan of bugs and cold/hot air freely coming though. The floor, in front of the door is not level. I've have tried several different products that worked great with the door closed, but once I tried to open the door, it would get stuck (unlevel floor or door, who knows). This product is great b/c it velcro's on along the bottom and the roll is flexible so it adjusts/moves as you open the door. It's made of waterproof/heavy duty martial and heavy duty velcro. It was really easy to cut it down to size with scissors and easy to install! It has worked great for the couples months I've had it. I wish I would of found it sooner. Great Product!

I ordered one of these just to see if I liked it, and it did exactly what I wanted it to do without looking terrible given that it's just fabric with a styrofoam-like cylinder that goes into it. Install is easy and is holding up; I did use the tacks that came with it to make sure it stays in place since I have cats and a small child. It came with install instructions.I ordered a second one, but this one came in one piece instead of two that had been folded in half for shipping, leaving the center squished. The second one also had a smaller diameter so that it didn't have a snug fit like the first one. This one did not come with any instructions nor the tacks to help secure the install; luckily, I had some small nails that worked just as well to secure it on top of the velcro. I was disappointed. If this one had come in first, I would not have ordered a second one and probably would have returned it.

Got this to use on a door when the carpet ( a pretty hefty 70s shag) was removed during renovations. The stopper works well for whet I needed, which was not only stopping drafts, but also keeping out light and stopping my cat from sticking her paw through the gap of nearly a full inch.The price was reasonable, the installation was easy and fast, and it really does a good job, so I would recommend this.

So I have an old house and the front door has been a PITA since i moved in. My wife doesnt like when its too hard to shut (i tried to insulate around the door but it made closing the door too hard) and i tried those draft busters, the one with 2 sides that elastic on 2 ends... nope, falls off when dogs step on it.NOW i got this! SO MUCH BETTER. it sticks with double sided velro tape so you can take it off without removing the attachment strip. it still leaks some, but you can see in the thermal picture, the dark (cold area) is much thinner.Works great, i cant feel a breeze coming in from under the door any more.Only issues are, my door isnt completely flat, so the far corner does leak a bit more than the other side, and the foam isnt really flexible enough (not like the other that are 'bean bag' like and mold to the floor/door shape) and it isnt really heavy enough. I stuck a welding rod down the length to add some weight to keep it against the door. again, a V2 with a beanbag like material might be even better.
