Great to use for a good nights sleep!!

It is a great product. Magnesium is something I use in various forms depending on needs and it never fails.

These (and rest from brand) are absolutely amazing bath salts, way better than the regular epsom salts. You are a transformed person after taking a bath using these. I have introduced all my friends to the brand, although I always recommend the purple version, mainly because of the smell. Although they don't smell that strong they give a subtle tone to the ritual of having a relaxing bath. I've taken a star down out of the Mind version because I'm not fond of the smell, it reminds me of medicine.

I love this comforting relaxing bath. A half hour soak is perfect, and I use it two or three times a week.The magnesium is absorbed into the skin and relieves muscle and bone pain. Mg also relieves stress.

Awful.. this company sold out and allowed their magnesium flakes to be bleached and stripped of all the real benefits! I can smell the bleach and the toxic oils are awful. made me feel low energy, low vibration and bad moods... i know good quality magnesium and the amazing benefits it can bring but this brand has sold their ethics to sell a bleached version to make sure you dont get the real health benefits that come from using quality 'magnesium. Never ever will i buy your low toxic products again
