Comfortable pillow and supports head, neck and shoulder position It is not bulky and too thick. I was having shoulder pain. Sleeping better, shoulder pain has decreased substantially. This one keeps me cool I'm not waking up hot like my old memory foam pillow and it was uncomfortable. Sizes to choose from. My old pillow had a slight odor, I haven't noticed any with this pillow.

I bought this after reading the "brick" review and let it fluff up for 3 days instead of 2 for good luck. My head is large and heavy - I'm an XL helmet and most standard hats don't fit me. I need FIRM. And let me tell you - after fluffing up for 3 days, this thing is almost too firm (so it's *perfect*). Trust me, pillows that most people call "firm" are little more than fluff for my large bowling ball of a head. This pillow is perfect and gives the firm support I need. It could stand to be a little thicker - 6 or 7 inches would be amazing. But this is money well spent for firm support I can't find anywhere else. I flip it every night to make sure I wear it down evenly- I'm not sure how long of a life this will have- but I will buy this over and over again. My search for firm support that doesn't flatten in the middle of the night is over!

The cover on this is really nice, the pillow itself has some give to it, but is still supportive. I will be ordering more as I found out that this pillow fits exactly into some old dresser drawers that I am converting into dog/cat beds for our local shelter :)

Very nice supportive pillow for my neck and shoulder pain. The quality feels durable and it’s firm enough that my head doesn’t just sink into it. So excited for this. There is a slight smell but I don’t doubt it’ll go away as it keeps getting aired out

So I was looking for a replacement Memory foam pillow that is firm...Started to read the reviews of this brand, "Firm as a Brick" said one, "too firm for me" said another, on and on it went all complaining of the "firmness"...Great, just what I'm looking for...!!!! Well, it just goes to show ya, everyone has a different definition of "Firm"...Let me start by saying this pillow is the exact opposite of "FIRM"...I did with it said, let the thing set for 2 days, it looks good, it's light, it has a nice cover...Now it's time for bed, the first 5 min it's fine, then my head slowly starts to sink into the foam, deeper and deeper I go...I turn it over, same result, I throw the thing across the room, as a grab my old one....The lesson to be learned here is this NEVER BELIEVE IN PRODUCT REVIEWS....Trust me, if you're looking for a "FIRM" memory foam pillow ....DO NOT BUY THIS ONE...!!!!!

My husband and I love our new pillows! My neck is not hurting me during the day like it used to. This pillow also stays cool during the night.

I got one then got pair, they feel comfortable look great on bed. Washable cover keeps my pillow cases in place.

Have a 2 year old pillow, queen size, from them which is very good. This one, king size, is unusable, far too firm.
