Its surprising that although I train 5 days a week - intensive boxing, I have never drunk water whilst I train or even top up my electrolyte levels post workout. I consequently ordered this product as I wanted to really see if I noticed any real difference using it after my training.In terms of the actual product, you get two sets of mixes - Lemon Lime or Passion Fruit flavourings - I'm genuinely impressed with both of these. These powders are a game-changer for maintaining hydration, especially after intense workouts or during busy days.This is what I thought of it:✅ **FlavourBoth the Lemon Lime and Passion Fruit flavours are surprisingly very nice. They're refreshing with a natural taste, not overly sweet or artificial, which makes drinking them a pleasant experience. I did notice however a very subtle 'salty' taste - but its ever so slight but worth pointing out.✅ **EffectivenessThey seem to do a fantastic job at rehydrating. I felt revitalised and full of energy after using them post-exercise (You can put the powder in a bottle and consume DURING exercise but I prefer not to consume anything whilst I'm training). They're also great for recovery if you've been out in the sun too long or are feeling dehydrated after traveling. Without hyping this review up - I genuinely noticed a huge recovery boost when I consumed the passion fruit flavour with a small amount of water immediately after my training. Generally I'm somewhat tired or fatigued and it takes me around 1 hour or so to fully recovery. But with this powder - its literally 5-10 mins max and I feel a boost of energy. Very impressive.✅ **ConvenienceThe single-serving sticks are super convenient. Just pour one into 500ml of water, and it dissolves quickly with no clumps or residue. Bought for my colleagues at work and they all disappeared quickly. I tried one and they were nice - salty in taste but that’s to be expected.

Not for me. I was very sick after having one of these, it clearly didn't agree with my body.The flavour was very nice, I had the mango one.

The drink is doing the job with a brilliant taste.

This comes in 2 boxes, each of 16 sachets of 16g. Each sachet has 13g of carbs, mostly sugars.The sachets are easy to open and mix. I've been using a protein shaker but it will easily mix in a large glass. When mixed in a shaker it foams a little but it's not a problem and soon disappears.As you'd expect from a powder which replaces electrolytes it contains salts and this is apparent in the taste along with sweeteners. The taste is as you'd expect, it isn't horrible but not exactly nice either. I can happily drink it in small chugs without any problems.The drink it makes goes through you quickly and doesn't sit in the gut for long. It's ideal for cycling or running where you are tying to both hydrate and replace salts.Price wise this is about right. It seems expensive at first sight but you are getting 32 x 500ml drinks from this for £36 at the time of review which is vastly cheaper than premixed drinks.
