I love the taste of this for sure the best flavor! I do feel like it helps a lot with hydration. This is more bang for your buck vs the little packets. The serving size is one scoop but I do feel like I do a smidge more than one scoop.

taste is really good. I mix this with tap-temp water and my bovine collagen and drink it throughout the day.mixes very well and does help keep me hydrated. very clean ingredients, not a junky one, for sure.

Love this! I feel hydrated and fueled throughout workouts and runs. Love that it’s sweetened by stevia leaf for us trying to watch our calories and sugar intake in our drinks. Great ingredients and minimal ingredient list which is always great and the flavor is yummy too! Shake it in a 16.9 oz water bottle and keep it moving. Will buy it over and over again great price!

Delicious, you dont even need to put so much and it gives so much flavor. I was getting bad migraines, and I feel like it's definitely making me feel more hydrated.

Love this product and it’s worth the price. You can actually read the ingredients. Flavor is great. I love the strawberry kiwi the best. Also feel good that my toddlers can drink it too and it’s great for them as well.

Good tasting (fruit punch) Not really an electrolyte though . No magnesium, potassium, trace minerals, calcium,All it has is salt. Husband likes but I won’t buy again because of the lack of true ingredients.
