This item is one of the few that goes to the end of thumb to prevent movement and ease pain of trigger thumb. It is a repeat purchase to allow cleaning and rotation of braces.

I got three different brands and I like this one the most. I have smaller hands and most of them fit poorly or cut into the web of my hand, or cut off circulation in places, but this one is adjustable enough that is fits really nicely and lighter and more breathable than the other two I got, just overall really comfortable. I have to wear them pretty much 24/7. I got a different one for twice as much and this one is way better, I got two more in other colors immediately 👍

I think this will be really helpful once I get used to it. I did see a review that said the inside is a bit scratchy, and that is absolutely the case for me. I ended up ordering a set of glove liners to put underneath it, because I have very sensitive skin. Other than that, it's as comfortable as something can be on a sore part of the body. I'm dealing with significant swelling so it's going to take a while to get more comfortable, but it does a great job of keeping my thumb immobile. I tried another thumb brace previously that came from our local drugstore, and it increased the pain significantly. Our local pharmacies have a very limited selection of thumb braces, and they were much more expensive than the ones on Amazon. This one feels like it's going to be much better than the drugstore brace. The Velcro is very strong and the brace is easy to put on.

Have tried 3 other braces for the pain at the base of my thumb and they were all similar. They worked but also almost hurt to wear. They also hurt to take off. This one is light and supports my thumb very well. Easy on and easy off.

This brace works perfectly for my trigger thumb. No odor from brace, very comfortable, very easy to adjust, comfortable for sleeping. One of best features is the thumb support, which has 2, easy to adjust velcro straps. This covers my whole thumb comfortably. I highly recommend this brace. Also excellent value.

I love the support of this wrap and that it works for both the right and left hand. What I'm struggling with is the smell. Right out of the package it has a strong chemical smell. I was hoping it would go away after it aired out. No matter what I do, it doesn't go away. I've cleaned it according to instructions provided. That didn't help. I tried using Febreze. I then finally did a full washing machine wash risking ruining it. Product help up beautifully but it still stinks! The smell is NOT from using it as in sweating...it is the original product smell. It's so bad it's nauseating and embarrassing.

So superior to the ,”Custom made splint” that was given to me by the O.T.’s and my hand clinic. Even tho my hand is very small, I ordered the large based on the reviews. It is extremely comfortable and soothing. Very pleased with this purchase.🤗👏👌👍

Works well to stabilize my thumb overnight to prevent the snapping feeling in my thumb. However, after about 5-6 weeks of use the Velcro starts to not hold. Used daily for 2 months and have to buy new ones bc they keep coming undone particularly around the wrist. I’d look for a different brand to see if they have better Velcro, but the other ones I’ve tried don’t give me as much support for my thumb.
