Understanding Housing Defects

Hugely recommend for surveyors, architects, structural engineers and self-builders. What's best is it is packed with photos of latent/patent defects as well as diagrams explaining how common defects arise and how to avoid them. Ideal if you're working with existing buildings and trying to figure out faults or potential construction methodology.
