Received incorrect power supply now computer keeps shutting itself off

PRECISION 3551 LAPTOP
Overall, the unit is properly configured (Core i7/32GB DDR4/512GB SSD). However, the vendor quite obviously knew the power adapter was under-powered and incorrect for this unit as the BIOS logs clearly called out nine instances of a system stop due to the incorrect power supply. Fortunately, we have spares in the shop. Unit seems to run fairly well. Keyboard has several keys that aren't immediately responding without some very focused pressure on the keys. May end up replacing this keyboard, too.

back panel was scratched, a label was half torn off. No one inspected this laptop that they resold.
