This 2‑Pocket Plastic Folder is one of the smartest school gear upgrades I’ve made. We purchased 5 for the school year and they are the *only* folders the teachers recommend. The “stay-put” tabs inside actually grip the corners of papers, so even when I close the folder or toss it into a bag, nothing slides out. The plastic is durable yet flexible, and the reinforced spine lets it lay flat in a binder without bending. The two pockets have enough depth for worksheets or handouts, and there’s an extra index card pocket that comes in handy. It’s great for keeping things neat, but if you absolutely overload both pockets it can bow a little. Tip: Label one side ''Homework'' and one side ''Return to School'' to help kiddos stay organized! Great folders! They are very durable and definitely not a flimsy plastic. They can hold a lot of sheets in the pockets. I’ve been using them for years instead of the paper type ones that eventually fall apart.

It fits perfectly in a 3-ring binder and holds standard 8.5” x 11” papers without bending. The Tidewater Blue color is nice and looks clean and professional. The only downside is that it doesn’t hold very thick stacks of paper as well as expected, and the plastic feels a bit thinner than older Five Star products. Still, it’s a reliable folder overall and worth buying if you want something more durable than basic folders.

It seems like it holds a lot of paper and it has a top fold to keep the papers in place. amazing if you get a lot of handouts and have lots of looseleaf laying around and don’t want them to get crushed in your bag.
