Good for the price, so far.
It is easy to assemble, the only parts you might need tools for are the nuts for wheels(i used a 14mm socket, no wrench). Mind you this is not a luxury stool(it is cheaply priced for a reason). The only true concern I have with it is that it does not have a more stable means of securing the seat to the central strut/bar. It does not screw or bolt on, it simply pops onto the top over the button for the cylinder control.

Poorly assembled at factory.
Had to repair poorly assembled parts on seat.

It was good and heavy the tool tray was very sturdy. The gas cylinder wouldn’t adjust. I weigh around 200 pounds and well under the weight limit. I feel that the seat could have been better padded. I couldn’t find a wrench or a scoket that would fit the rollers. I hope that this helps. I might have just gotten a bad unit.
